Gail Williams is a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. In the fitness industry for over eight years, Gail received her accreditations from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Her other credentials include Nutrition Specialist, which she earned from Ashworth University and a Mat Pilates certification from the Pilates Institute of America. She continuously educates herself throughout the year to stay current on recent research and trends. In addition, she has won several coveted physique competition awards. She is an energetic trainer and instructor whose main priorities in fitness are client safety, enjoyment and education. After fourteen years in the corporate world, Gail pursued her passion to focus on helping others experience the benefits of fitness and smarter food choices. In a society where more cases of disease are diagnosed as a result of unhealthy eating habits and lack of exercise, she defines this career as preventive healthcare. She makes an effort to achieve results for the well being of all of her clients. Gail earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The College of New Jersey and completed her Master of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from California University of Pennsylvania.
